Introducing the Project-Based Giving Fund (PBGF)

 DEAR Church Family,

 We are excited to introduce a new and focused way to complete much-needed church repairs and improvements: the Project-Based Giving fund (PBGF)

 This giving approach allows us to raise money and complete one project at a time — beginning with our top priorities. As each project is fully funded and completed, we will move forward to the next.

PROJECT #1: french drain project - $6800.00

We are excited to share that our first Project-Based Giving Fund project—the installation of the French drain—has been successfully completed!

PROJECT #2: large parking lot sinkhole - $8900.00

Great news! The sinkhole repair project in the south parking lot has been completed—praise God!

PROJECT #3: Fellowship hall - Replace all rotted wood and install new gutters: *Estimated Cost - $9,854 (COMPLETED - PAID IN FULL)

This project will consist of Replacing all rotted wood around the entire fellowship hall roof eave with HardiePlank and installing new gutters around the building.

PROJECT #4: replacing the fellowship hall roof:
- $21,588.00 (COMPLETED - PAID IN FULL)

As shared by our pastor, the fellowship Hall roof is in critical need of replacement due the severe water damage and rotted decking discovered during recent repairs. Because of this urgent need, the Fellowship hall roof has become our top priority.

PROJECT #5: repairing the church sanctuary roof: *Estimated Cost - $47,000.00 (COMPLETED - PAID IN FULL)

this major project will preserve and protect the sanctuary where we gather for worship.  With your prayers and financial support, we believe this goal can and will be reached.

project #8: sanctuary lighting system upgrade: *estimated cost - $25,443.01

Due to a power surge, several light switches in our sanctuary were damaged, leaving us with only one operational way to turn the sanctuary lights on/off. If this switch fails, we will be without lighting in those areas.

As a result, upgrading the church lighting system will become the next priority of the Project-Based Giving Fund. The lighting system is original to the building, and the electrical components, wiring, and installation require a complete upgrade to meet current safety standards and building codes.

This will be a significant investment, but it is necessary to ensure the safety, reliability, and long-term functionality of our church facilities.
